Santa class - June 13th at PFOS - please come be my student!

It's not too late!  There is still room for students in the June class for the sensational Raymond Crawford's Big Swirly Bearded Santa.  It's going to be so much fun!  Click here to view details on Teaching Schedule page.  Call and sign up today if there is any way you can make it to Lubbock for a great stitching getaway!   I'm so excited and I'd love to have a full classroom!

I will be teaching this class at Pocket Full of Stitches in Lubbock, Texas on Saturday, June 13, 2015 with optional wrap-up on Sunday morning if desired - mostly so we can learn to cut our Turkey Work before being alone and afraid to do it - hehe.   Lunch will be provided for us on Saturday so we barely have to slow down except to enjoy the amazing food that Megan always provides!  You've probably heard of the famous "Pajama Party" at PFOS where everyone actually wears pajamas for an awesome stitching night that generally includes awards for the "best" pajamas and plenty of fun and fellowship.  Participants bring their own stitching projects to work on or can just visit with others.   I will be there for those that want to continue work on their Santa piece.  The shop is generally open during this time as well if stash enhancement is your thing.  Class participants get first "dibs" on tickets to the PJ Party so sign up soon!

I will be demonstrating and teaching the Brick Beading technique and several neat ways to affect the outcome by adjusting the bead color, the thread color, or both.  We will also learn the wonderful Turkey Work!  I have been using two different methods of late and will demonstrate both.  And there will lots and lots of sparkle and French Knots!  I will have a full-color, bound stitch guide for everyone that includes pictures for reference.
Call the shop for more details or visit website
